I do not recall the login I created. I did save it but I am on another computer. The forgot password option is not working. I did check my junk mail but it appears as if the button is not working.

I checked the account associated to the email you use in this thread and it is associated to the account UPPCC. I checked the mail logs and I cannot see any forgot password email. I tried to send the forgot password email instruction to your email and base on our logs it was sent successfully. Can you check if you have received this email?
