How does the free plan work and when do we need to upgrade?

How does the free form work and if the amount of submissions does exceed the 10 form limit how much will it cost per form

The free plan works in such manner, that you can have any number of forms under your account, while in the same time you can receive up to 10 paid submissions (you receive payments) or 10 secure submissions (over HTTPS), or 100 regular submissions (over HTTP - not secure and no payments).

If you need only plain submissions then you can even increase the number from 100 to much more through get more option in your account.

The limits above (10 paid, 10 purchase or 100 or more regular submissions) are monthly limits for your account, which reset on first of each month.

This means that each month, no matter how many you have already used, they will be set back to 0.

Now if you do need to upgrade, you can find the prices on our pricing page. There are various prices depending on what you might need.

Please do note that the current prices will double in 2 days so if you decide to upgrade before that time, you will be able to lock in the payments for that subscription at the current prices, so depending on the plan and the time, the price will slightly change.
