Conditional fields showing incorrectly from notification emails

    I have set up conditional fields within my form, in that when a certain dropdown menu is selected, a specific dropdown submenu will then appear. The problem that I am experiencing is that when I recieve a notification email, all the fields are shown, and not just the relevant conditional fields.

    This looks messy, and additionally, my customers receive a similar email to me, and can also see the same non relevant fields.

    When you view the submissions from within JotForm, then the form is shown correctly, i.e. the non relevant fields do not appear.

    The fact that the submissions viewed from within JotForm are correctly displayed, would suggest that a possible error may exist with the compilation of the notification emails. Could this be looked at please?

    Hello Andrew,

    The content of an e-mail notification is static and it does not depend on the conditions set in your form.  The notification email's content will present all fields that you have in your form by default. 

    What you can do is add more e-mail notifications and edit the contents of each for every condition that you have in place.
