    Why are the spaces showing as %20?

    Hi,

     

    We have created 2 new forms and one of the forms are showing %20 instead of adding a space in the response. This form is called QMS Referral - Lead from Citation BDM.

    Are you able to fix this?

     

    Also, the submit bar is locked in its current format. We dont want it to be blue. Can you change this to grey?

    I wasn't able to replicate your issue. I checked your form and I was able to type the text properly. The spaces are working as it should be.

    Here's a screen on the email notification:

    Please try clearing youir browser cache or test it with another browser to see if it is working properly.

    Where does this issue happens? Can you please provide a screenshot so that we can further investigate?

    It has happened on another submission, but it does not seem to happen on them all which leads me to wonder if its the software in which the responder is using that is causing the issue? 

    I will re-visit this thread if the problem carries on.

    What software are referring to? We also have an Autoresponder email that you can set up to. Normally, in URLs or  web addresseses, %20 is equal to a space.
