Can you please tell us Ray which part you are interested in or is confusing for you?

In short lines, the current pricing will be changed in a matter of hours to a higher pricing. The email is to let you know that if you want to upgrade to a new plan, you can do that at this time at the current prices, but after the prices go up, you will only be able to upgrade using the new prices.

So if you have current plan, your pricing will stay as it is.

If you believe that you will need to upgrade any time soon, you should upgrade right away, to do so under lower prices.

However free plan will still stay for free with the same options that are offered at this time.
