I need to cancel this account.

    I did not realize Aurora University has a "free" account and I was just suppose to upgrade that account.  Please help me cancel this account.  My colleague has already created a form on the "free" account.  Please call me at 630-844-5481 or email me at sbeatty@aurora.edu.  I look forward to hearing from you.

    Do you want to cancel the Premium subscription for account sbeatty so you can upgrade the other free account? If yes, please do respond immediately so I can go ahead with the cancellation and issue a refund for the payment made.

    Another option I can offer is to have the forms in the other "free" account moved to account sbeatty instead. However, if you prefer to stick with the other account username, I will just carry on with the cancellation.

    Yes, please cancel sbeatty. My colleague will be contacting you to upgrade the other account very shortly. Please email me when the cancellation is complete.

    It appears that you have successfully upgraded the other account. I have now cancelled the subscription to account sbeatty and issued a refund. The refunded amount will reflect on your credit card account in about a week or two.
