Our apologies, Chad. I found the thread that you have posted yesterday and for some reason, it was marked as answered, but no one followed up.
You have created a Premium Yearly subscription on February 25, 2015, and then you upgraded the account to Economy Yearly on April 10, 2015, but you forgot to cancel the Premium Yearly and ask us a refund for the remaining months. Then you've made a new payment for Premium Yearly on August 14, 2015.
This means that you now have a Two Premium Yearly subscription and one Economy Yearly subscription. Anyways, I have now requested the following refunds:
80.05 USD (Feb. 25, 2015, Premium Yearly) breakdown to:
90 USD (Price for Yearly) minus 9.95 (regular monthly rate, one month usage)
----------------
139.65 USD (April 10, 2015, Economy Yearly) breakdown to:
199.50 (Price for Yearly) minus 59.85 (19.95 regular monthly rate x 3 months usage)
Let us know if you have questions on this matter.
Thanks
