    Select multiple options from the checkbox rather than just one

    Hi ladyburg,

    You are currently using Radio buttons on your form which only allows for one selection to be made:

    To give your users to option to select multiple options, you would need to add a checkbox field to your form:

    Due to the styling of your form, both options have the same appearance.

    You also have the option to select, how many selections a user can make. You can also select the minimum selection that should be made:

    Select the check-box field and select the Gear Icon and Select "Show Properties"

    Change Value in Maximum and Minimum selections
