We have a customer who submitted their credit card info through one of our jotforms however he changed the url to https:// before doing that and now he is not showing up on our reports or submissions for that form. The credit card transaction did go through and is showing as settled through Authorize.net.
Where is this being reported and how do we find this information going forward? Thank you for your help!

Please log into your JotForm account @ https://secure.jotform.com and checking for the submission there.
Sometimes submissions from SSL forms can take a little time to replicate onto www.jotform.com
