Changing username

I just realized that I can change the name of the form to an easier to remember name, but that means that I would like to change the account name from "Helena_g" to "Coor". Could you help me with that?

The username  coor  is no longer available as there was already an existing account of the same name.

You may provide us at least 3 choices of new username you prefer and we will check the availability.

Please take note also that if you change your username, it will affect any custom URL Named Form you have.

You will have to rename again any custom URL Name form you previously have since the username is included in the URL of custom URL named forms.

Hi, Can you see who has created that account and if it is in use? If it is not in use any longer is it possible for med to use it?

Unfortunately we will not be able to reveal who created that account but its a very old account which was created in January 13, 2013. 

Please let us know any other username of your choice and if available, we will change your account username. Please be noted that you can yourself check if any username is available. You need to go to Sign Up page and check for username availability. Please check the screenshot below :
