Oddly, this seems to be an intermitant issue. Some of our forms exhibit this behavior, others do not. We have tried deleting and recreating the forms that have this problem....No help. Recently we have also been unable to recreate the forms as secure forms. One such form is at http://swim.fitfx.com/programs/group-lessons/ under the Sign Up Now button.

We aren't getting the confirmation on these forms....Whats most troubling is that our end users are receiving a confirmation email either. Please help!! If you could email your response to email@example.com that would be great.

I am sorry for the delay with the answer.
It is possible that you have faced some problems due to a recent minor problem with the databases replication between secure.jotform.com and www.jotform.com. At this moment the problem is already solved.
Our technicians have checked the mail system and have not found any problems. Can you please re-check the service from your side?
