My Customers can't complete Paypal.

My customers are informing me that once they try to enter their paypal information and or credit cards, they are being denied, and cannot proceed.

Please provide more details about the problem...

I checked your form http://www.jotform.ca/form/52224861876260 which I presume is the form since it is the only form that allows using credit card payment, but I noted that it was not using Paypal payment tool at all.

It was using Stripe payment. 

So I made a test submission on the form, and it was actually successfully submitted.

if you check your form submissoin data, you will see my test submission as the only existing submission there
