I'm trying Jotform for the first time to integrate a form into my iWeb site:
it should be on the right side.
I've copied the Jotform code using the iWeb link in Jotform, into an html snippet in iWeb but it just doesn't appear on our website.
If I load the site into my browser within my iMac I can see the form OK and send and recvd the filled in form etc - but it just doesn't work live on line. I've reset Safari cache etc and tried it in Firefox but I can't see the form.

Can you please try to re-embed your form using iFrame code? To get your form's iframe code please follow the steps below:
1. Go to Setup & Embed tab
2. Click Embed Form
3. Click iFrame
Please let us know if the problem still persist. We'll be looking forward to your response. Thanks!

Thanks for your help - but I tried it but the form does not show up on my iWeb contact page:
Can anyone else make jotform work in iWeb as I can't!

Sorry to hear that you are still having difficulties. Can you please try to follow this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/12-Adding-Form-to-an-iWeb-Page, maybe that helps you fixed your site problem.
The form itself don't have any problem, it was on your website's iFrame where you've added the form. This link from your site http://www.themusicgroup.com.au/Contact_Us_files/widget0_markup.html displays the form properly.
Please follow the guide above and double check everything on your side. Thank you so much!
