i check on the site and i have submissions but they were never sent to my email address? why?

I checked our mail logs and it looks like your last submission was successfully sent to your email address "email@example.com". Check your spam/junk mail folders to make sure they are not being filtered there. Since it has been a while since your last submission, they may have already been cleared from those folders. You may also want to send a test submissions through the form and check your inbox's after that.
