    Authorize Form Not Working

Asked by openstudiospress on August 17, 2015 at 10:26 AM

Authorize form isn't working. And the results (submissions) are missing payment details. I've deleted the payment block thinking I could start over but now it's very messed up and I'm afraid I will lose the initial form and the results. Please fix the form and revert my form to before it got messed up.

    Thanks,

We are also having the same problem. And no new payment field can be created.

Tons of people reporting the same problem.  Haven't seen any response yet.   We are in desperate need to get are forms working.  We have many different registrations currently that are not working and or are letting people sign up without paying.

I directed them to my support thread http://bit.ly/1Lf6mT0 on twitter and Ben from support said that he would reply to me there.

He had no idea that there was an issue when I first tweeted at them.

Thank you all for commenting and alerting us about this. Unfortunately, as you have seen we do not always know about some issues since not all forms show it, or all of our users experience the same issues (most of the time at least), so opening a forum thread and posting on twitter is a great way to let us know - thank you for that :)

I have already notified our developers and they are working on the fix for the issue, and as soon as it is done, we will update you all about it on this thread and your own threads.

I do believe that it will not be long now, but I would suggest not to add new payment options to your forms for now, just so that there are no further issues.

Thank you for your understanding and I apologize for any inconvenience that this might have caused .

    Hi everyone.

I wanted to update you that the issue has been resolved to a certain degree, so you will be able to add payment processing tools to new forms or to those that did not have it before, but the forms are not yet reverted - to include the payment tool.

You can however do that easily with the use of the Revision Tool: How to View Form Revision History

Basically find the latest version of your form that has the payment integration on it and you will be able to revert back to it and have it working and showing the old payment integration data on them.

If you simply add a new payment integration, the old data might not be shown to you - which is why I am suggesting the revision tool from above.

Do let us know how it goes and I am still leaving this raised and opened to our developers so if they make the 'restoration' for you that you can be updated about it.
