All of my forms using Authorize.net have disappeared from their respective web pages and the payment field is not longer visible on the form.

    My Authorize.net payment field has disappeared from the forms in which I use it. In fact, the form itself is no longer visible on its respective page, but the script is still intact. I also noted that I cannot add any of the other payment options to my form (it was my test to see if it was just Authorize.net). This is a real issue as I have Registration forms, Transcript form requests and Donation forms that require the Authorize.net payment field.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    We did have some issues with the PayPal & Authorize.net payment forms but our back end team have already taken care of this issue. I did check all the forms you have in your account and most of them seems to display the authorize.net payment question correctly.

    I would suggest you to please check your form again and see if they work as expected. If you do not see the authorize.net payment question in any of your form, you can take advantage of our "Revision History" to revert back your form to an earlier version and that should solve your problem.
