I have checked my email and I am not on the bounce list - email@example.com

I see that the Sender Email is left blank in the email setup wizard and may be resulting in not receiving the emails. I've changed it to the default sender email address on your form and sent a test submission. It seems that the email is sent successfully form our end.
Please check if you have received it and let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to take a look it again.
