Our payment form has completely disappeared.

    As mentioned in several other posts on the forum, we too are having issues with our registration page. I wrote in yesterday, but did not get a response from anyone from Jot Form. We have several people trying to register, but not having the option to pay. We need this addresses ASAP. Is there actually a person that can help us resolve this issue?

    I took a look at your form here: http://www.oklahomanurses.org/Main-Menu-Category/Events/Annual-Nurses-Convention/Registration and it is working for me - showing the payment processor on it and I even see the error above it that it is not working.

    I also see that I have replied to you 2 times on your other thread here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/640867 as soon as the issue was resolved as well.

    Now, since you say that you have not received a reply, I went in and checked, but per our logs, the emails have been sent to you and they did not result in any errors (for example if your server replies that they do not want to receive them).

    If there is no reply from you here or on the other thread, I will presume that you have an issue with receiving our emails and will send you an email about this thread being replied to, but please do update us here if you happen to see a reply or have any questions and we would be happy to assist :)
