We're testing one of the forms before they go live. The documents uploaded along the last submission didn't show up in Dropbox. There's no even a folder created in Dropbox.

Your Dropbox integration seems fine when I check one of your form here (Single Central Inverter Permit ). Are you still not getting the files on your Dropbox account at this moment? Perhaps, re-integrating might help. Please try to remove the Dropbox integration and try it again. If the problem still persists, let us know the form in question so we can check this further.
