Why do radio buttons answers not show in email?

    Hi, when I fill out the form online it all works well, but when submitted some of the radio buttons answers are not there. The two radio buttons questions at the bottom of the page work, but for the others I receive no info.

    I have chosen to receive the info in text format.

    For example, for the question male/female, you can select either of the buttons but when I receive the form it only has "male/female" as the response, not what was selected.

    Why is this?

    Hi,

    I have manually recreated your form notification because some of the field variables inside the email notification isn't declared. It should now work normally as expected. Also, I have made a test submission on your form, can you please check if everything is presented and nothing is missing? Thanks.

    Hi,

    thanks for your response.

    This is what I received in the test email, I've copied and pasted it;

    Occupation test
    Male / Female 
    Nationality Armenia
    Main Language Spoken est
    Is English Understood? 
    Will your partner be on the retreat? 

    So for male/female, and the last two questions (above) there is no answer. Everything else seems to work.

    Hi,

    It appears that my changes wasn't saved, maybe because you are currently working on your form. Anyway, can you please delete your current notifications and create a new one? That should fixed your problem.

    To delete notifications please follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder, after that please create a new notification.
