Is there a way I can have notifcations sent to different email addresses based on which form is being submitted?

For example, when someone submits our design questionnaire, I want our designer to be notified. When someone submits an Ops Plan form, I want our Ops Manager to receive the notification.

Also, is it possible to notify more than one email address when a form is submitted, like if I wanted to be copied anytime a form is submitted, be it a design questionnaire, ops plan form, or any other form.

Yes, this can be using AUTORESPONDER. You just need to create an autoresponder for each form. You may also add more than one recipient. To add more emails, just use a comma between each email.
