The X-verify Email field cannot be mapped to Zoho CRM intergration in the Setup wizard because it is not listed in the dropdown:

The only way I even have a chance to see EMAIL as an option is to add the general email field, which does directly link with ZOHO CRM and then it becomes an option to select.
Then use the XVerify as a confirmation of email as a second entry tool and not actually capture the data from it.

Unfortunately this issue is not resolved. But I see that this ticket is assigned to one of our developers and that this ticket has high priority.
We will update you via this thread once we have any updates.
