error on submitting one of my forms

    my clients are saying that they get an error when attempting to submit this form

     

    I do actually get the form completed but it is confusing them and causing me extra work so it would be nice to try and get that sorted

    Hi Sonia,

    I checked your form and I realized that thank you page is customized; but it redirect user to not found page. Because of that reason your users could think that there is a problem.

     You need to take a look on your thank you page settings. If problem still continuous, please contact us again.
