Error in Download the photography upload in the form

    Hello,
     
    When I open the answer of my form, in the photo field I can not view the file uploaded by the user. The following message appears:
     
     
    This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

    <Message>Access Denied</Message>

    Please I need to solve this problem urgently!

    As I check your JotForm, the images seems to be working fine now. Could you please verify it now and let us know if the issue still persists? We will be happy to look into this further.

    I installed the plugin "Image upload preview" and put in the form instead of the form tool "image" and the problem was solved.
