Is there a way to take an answer to a form question and have it auto-fill in another section

I used a widget for the form that numbers responses. I am curious to see if the form could fill out with the response to another section followed by the numbering.

For example if the "Reseller Name" is BMART it should read after they type in BMART:

Corning Rebate Submission: COR-Rebate-BMART-1 

Yes. It is possible by adding the field name of the Reseller Name in the Prefix section of Unique ID widget as below :

You get the field name of Reseller Name from the properties.

 Can I take it a step further so every time that company submits a form it is unique and adds on to that company in particular.

For example if BMART submits the form it would say BMART-1 and the next time they do so, it would say BMART-2 even if 10 other companies submit the form in the interim.

Since the widget auto increments the number for each submission, unfortunately it is not possible to increment based on reseller name. The number will be automatically increased and when the reseller submits for the second time, it may be increased further and that number will be added here.
