Subscription renewal

    Hi there,

    I received an email notification for my JotForm Premium Bi-Yearly subscription renewal.

    I no longer require this service as I am now hosting my own websites and am managing my own form submissions. Please could you cancel this renewal and down grade me to a free account (if this is possible?).

    Please do not charge my credit card for the renewal. I have tried numerous times to log in to the Plimus.com link that I received in the email, but I am unable to log in.

    Hi Adrian,

    I have now cancelled your subscription. You will not be charged again. Your account will stay Premium until the paid period expires which is on December 30, 2011.

    Your forms and data are still safe and will not be affected in any way when your account downgraded to a free one.
