    Grrrr! My jotform has again been disabled

    Hiiii, i can tell you that i am not happy of you work! What's the matter? Why do you disable my form ? Last time it was the same thing and a moderator has enabled it but today i get a call from a visitor who told me that my jotform has again been disabled. And i start to get angry against youuu! You must know that i can't come here everyday to tell you to enable my account ! This is the Third time you disable my account ! Stop it right now and enable my account !

    Hi,

    Sorry about that, I have now unsuspended and white listed your form. It appears that you have created a new form which contains field that is possible for phishing, that's why your account got auto-suspended. Please take note that this was done without any human intervention, we have an anti-phishing tool which auto-detect and auto-suspend possible phishing forms.

    Upon further checking on your account, we found nothing offensive on it that's why we have lifted the suspension of your account immediately. Your forms should now be back online and works normally as expected.

    We hope you've understand why we need to do this. Please accept our sincere apologies for what any damage and inconveniences this may have caused on your transactions.
