    Paypal buttons

Asked by bobgentle on September 20, 2010 at 05:20 AM

In the Paypal form setup pane it says:

    Single Product
User will not be asked to choose a product. Nothing will be shown on the form page and the user will be asked to make the payment after the form submission.

However this does not appear to be the case. I have a form with one product, I simply want the user to fill out the form details and hit submit and then be taken to Paypal (with the form data email to the specified address) to make the payment. When I create a form with Paypal integration the user has no choice but to click the radio field in order to make the order: http://cl.ly/2TPU and it shows up no matter whether it's one product or not.

Is there a better way to create paypal buttons?

I was able to add another product fine to your form:

You can add products using the 3rd page on the payment wizard:

Hi aytekin, I'm not trying to add another product. What I'd like is the submit form to take the user straight to paypal without the user having to select the radio button or even see it. Since there is only one product there's no need for them to see the radio button part.

You are right. If there is a single choice it shouldn't be shown on the form. We will fix this and get back to you. It may take couple of weeks.
