About 3 weeks ago I stopped receiving email alerts when someone completes my forms. What happened?!?!

Unfortunately, your email address was added to our bounced list. I have created a ticket to our Technicians in order to remove your email from mentioned list. It will solve the problem.

I removed it from the bounced emails list. You should start receiving the emails now if the problem on your inbox is fixed.

I have also stopped receiving email alerts from my forms. Please can you let me know why.
