How can I adjust the upload limit for photo uploads?

Hello,

A client of mine is using your forms on her website to allow customers to upload photos. Her customers are complaining that the form is not allowing them to upload their photos because the file size is too large. I am looking for a simple solution to this problem - what would you suggest?

Other websites auto-resize using their forms. Is this a service you offer, either on free or paid accounts?
Or, if she were to get a paid account with you, will the upload limit be eliminated?

Here's how you can do that: http://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit. Note that you might need to have a paid account to get this working, free accounts only allow a total amount space of 100 MB.
