send form results as txt to cell phone?

We have our forms coming to us as Emails.

Wondering if we can also have them sent at TXTs to our cell phone(s)?

Our folks seem to think that we had that feature with Adobe Forms Central before we moved to JotForm.

I'm not sure that's the case, but asking anyway.
