can you re enable my form. i am testing you service and not trying to to do phishing online. my email address is email@example.com. check my from and enable it so i could test.

I have deleted the said fields in the form and reactivated your account, but please refrain from adding credit card fields again. Otherwise, we will permanently suspend your account and IP Address.
If you want to collect a payment at a later date, please use our payment integration instead then you can enable payment authorization:
