NO ENCUENTRO LAS FUNCIONES LOGICAS

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that the condition you have added in your form is not working?

I did check the form you have in your account and found that both the conditions you have added is disabled. Please check the screenshot below:

 

Can you please let us know which condition is not working for you? There is a better way to organize your conditions to show/hide multiple form fields.
