I downloaded (and allowed permissions) for JotForm in my Google Drive through which I logged in JotForm and spent time creating a smart form (with logic and everything).
However, when I now try to return to the form JotForn wont let me login.
I tried to login like my first time, by clicking on the form in my Google Drive, but instead of taking me to the form (like it did before) it brings me to a login page.
If I try to enter my Google credentials, I get en error "Username or password did not match".
Please help ASAP!
Do you mean that you were trying to connect your form to our google drive integration where you then attempted to log in but were unable to do so using your google account information?
Unless perhaps you meant that you had used the google drive integration with your google account then couldn't log into jotform afterwards?
Or have I misunderstood this issue you are experiencing? If so please correct me if necessary.
I checked your email in our system and found you have a username for "medimeapp" with us.
Is this the account with the form that you are having this issue on? I see your account is ACTIVE from our end.
Have you tried resetting your account password?
