    problem with subscription payment

    Hey,

    when customer that made subscription on my website, I set for the first week/month - free - no payment, but after this week/month I should to receive the automatic payment, and this message this I got from paypal:

    Hey Nadav Peleg‏,

    We cannot process the following recurring payment. We will try again in five days.

    That isn't a problem with your form. It's a problem that is related to the Buyer's Paypal Account. It's either the funding method of the buyer doesn't have enough balance or the transaction was declined by his/her bank. You should email the buyer and tell him/her about the failed transaction so to settle it down.
