There were two charges instead of one from our paypal account

    Please your attention for the next problem

    In the month (5e augustus 2015) of August there are two - instead of one- transfers ad € 9,33  from our paypal account to Jotform.

    Please wil you restore this little mistake.

    It seems that you have subscribed to Premium monthly account while having an active premium subscription which created a new subscription (S-0LY32425NT573471D) on Jul 31 2015. Let me forward the request to refund this charge on your account. It may take upto 7 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account statement.
