Hello
I am trying to make a form where customers can leave a review for my business
First page asks "were you satisfied with our service?" and it would have 2 radio buttons, Yes or No
there is a Next button at the end of the page.
If the user selects No and clicks on the Next button, they will be taken to a page where there is a text area and they can tell us why there were unhappy. At the end of this page, there is a Submit button that they can click and their answer will be emailed to me.If the user selects Yes on that first page and clicks Next, they will be redirected to my Yelp page where they can leave a review. If this is not possible, then I suppose they can see a message with my Yelp profile link and they can manually go there.
I tried playing around with the forms, especially the survey tools and page breaks, but I just couldn't get it to work.
Is what I want possible in jotform?

Hello kev1365,
If the user selects Yes on that first page and clicks Next, they will be redirected to my Yelp page where they can leave a review.
Please be noted that back/next button will only take you to different page within the form. If you want the user to be redirected to some other page, submit button of your form needs to be clicked. Without clicking on the submit button, users cannot be redirected to any other webpage / form.
Well, what can be done is that you can conditionally display a message to the users in the next page and then on click of the submit button you can conditionally redirect them to your desired page for review. The following guide should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/317-Configuring-Change-Thank-You-URL-after-submission-condition
Please check the screenshot below on how to achieve this:
Hope this helps.

Thank you!
