A form appears incomplete on my iPhone 6

A form I built in August 2014 for my website now appears incomplete (missing the last 2 entries and the submit button) on my iPhone 6. It's fine however, on the computer.  How can I correct that problem.  It has me stymied.

The screenshot from my iPhone is not forwarding well (as you can see) so I have to just say that the last three entries which include the submit button are missing.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi Barry,

I've found the form in this page http://www.ineedalocalpainter.com/IneedALocalPainter.com%20Contact%20J.%20Garcia%20Pereira%20Painting%20for%20a%20Free%20Estimate%20and%20Limited-Time%20Offer.htm and I noticed the problem using my Android Device.

The issue here is that you have a fixed height for the form container. I would suggest adjusting the height and make it a dynamic one so it will automatically expand based on its content. If not, you can increase the height to fix it:

In your iWeb builder, simply drag down the HTML snippet to increase its height.

    Thanks
