calculations on forms

Hi. I am setting up an order form for our healthy meal delivery program at Real Food Kitchens.

We offer a menu and people choose their delivery option, meals and sizes. We need each menu item and size to calculate and then provide a total at the end of the form.

I need some help setting this up if possible? I would also like to set up our paypal account.
