I'm not sure how to insert the style=page-break-before:always;" in the line with the
<div class="page-break".Here's how it currently sits in the creation mode: <div class="page-break" style="page-break-before: always;"> </div>When I go to the Designer mode and don't do anything and come back to the creation mode and check the line just above the "Heart" questions, where the page break is created, the "style ..." addition to the class section of the HTML is missing..
I'm using the PAH Patient History form (..5170#) as a test to insert the proper code.
Thanks,
Jim Erickson

Hi Jim,
Are you trying to create a multipage form? If so, please check this guide on how to do it: https://www.jotform.com/help/119-How-to-Create-Multi-Page-Forms.
I'm not sure what's your purpose of adding the codes in the Free Text HTML field. If you can explain that, I would be happy to look further.
Thanks

I'm sorry, I've found the related thread now. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/635642-Page-breaks-on-printing-don-t-line-up-with-tabs#6.
The suggestion is to inject the custom CSS codes in the form. Do not add the CSS in the HTML field.
Here's how to inject the custom CSS: http://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes.
Thanks
