How to activate my form after exceeding its allocated quota?Asked by Pergjegjesi on August 25, 2015 at 04:12 PM
I created a form and I shared the link as secure link. But now that it has exceed the allocated quotas of SSL I can't share the form with a normal link.
Please help me to fix this problem. I really need to activate now, because people are waiting to apply to it.
Thank you in advance.
For this one time only, we have reset your SSL submission counter to zero(0) and reinstated your account. Please take note that we grant this privilege for one time only for each account.
The next time you exceed any limits again, you will need to upgrade to get expanded allocated limits on the account. You can check the JotForm Pricing page for subscription plan available.
If you do not wish to use SSL submission on your FREE account, you can do that by just using the regular URL of the form instead when you share it.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you have further concern.
