HTML Table Listing Report: Show PDF link and make it clickable

I like the option of sharing the table view. Is it possible for someone to be able to click on the submission they'd like to view and then be taken to either a viewable version of the submission or to download a pdf?

I would like to confirm if I understand your exact requirement. You would like to have an option for having PDF submission files included in the Table Report, just as you can have the Edit Links?

This is just a demonstrational image, we do not yet have the option to include the PDF. Would this be what you are asking for?

If so, we could forward it as a feature request for possible inclusion to our developers.

As a different possible workaround, since you are already giving this person access to your submissions, you may want to set them up as a sub-user to your account:

As a sub-user, they will be able to use the Get PDF function on your form's Submissions page. However, this would also allow them to edit your existing submissions, just as you can by using the Edit link on any of your submissions. I hope this helps.

Yes!! That is exactly what I want. Our submissions are requests for a job. I'd like to be able to tell the employee the request id and they can go to the table and download the pdf. This would be a great way for us to cut down on email.

Unfortunately, there's no option to display the PDF link in the HTML Table listing report. But I will escalate this as a feature request to our developers. Please do note that we're unable guarantee that this will be implemented, if we hear any news, we will surely update you on this thread. 

For now, as an alternative, the RSS report might be what you are looking for: https://www.jotform.com/help/216-How-to-Create-an-RSS-Listing-Report. It shows the submission details.

Your feature request has been forwarded to our developers, and we will be sure to let you know through this thread if it is implemented. However, as my colleague also pointed out, we can't give any guarantees or estimates on when this might be.

A completely different workaround to have your submission PDFs downloadable by your employees, could be to set up either an integration with Dropbox, or Google Drive. This would make all your future submission PDFs be automatically forwarded to these third-party storage drives.

Then, you could make your folder containing the PDF submission files accessible to your employees, by using Google or Dropbox sharing features.
