I cannot figure out how to get the form I created in 'jotform' to appear and be workable on our website .

Our website is www.ivrsb.com.   We want to use this form to allow spelling bee champions from 101 schools to register to participate in the Regional Spelling bee which qualifies the winner of the regional to participate in Scripps National Spelling Bee.

After creating the form, I tried clicking on the 'source code' button, and copy and pasting the code that came up into our web site.  It does nothing except show up as a code statement.

How do I get the form on our web page, and how do I get the submit button to send the competed form to two email addresses -  1. bgriffone1@yahoo.com, and 2. ranchgriff@gmail.com.

thanks for your help.   My telephone number is 909 627 3790.

    Hello Sherman,

Could you please try with the Embed or iFrame option to see if that makes any difference for you?
