Our previous director who set up the online form with jotform has retired. It looks like he was paying $90 annually for this form service. I would like to renew our subscription at the $90 rate he was paying the past three years. Is this possible? This form is for something we will be phasing out in another year or so.
It was set up under firstname.lastname@example.org and is on our website atPage URL:

I see that your JotForm account Lawrencej is now holding free subscription which was downgraded on August 8th 2015. Unfortunately, it is not possible to renew the subscription with the old prices since the old subscription was deactivated and it was not renewed due to credit card decline. Also, the offer period to renew with old prices is over and the new prices are effective now. It is required to upgrade with new pricing plans now.
Hope this information helps.

But, I am hesitant to put in a credit card number on your form, as I cannot tell it is a secure site. Can you give me some assurance?~Sheryl~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Sheryl L. Our credit card processing for subscription payments is quite secure and it processed by Stripe. No need to worry at all. If you would like, you can access the pricing page from the https link:
That will give you a secure pricing page in addition to the secure transaction page.
If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
