Can you upload Outlook email files into the "Upload File" button?

Asked by kristinavasquez on August 26, 2015 at 09:53 AM

When I tried it the error came up which said it only allowed certain file types. But I need to submit Outlook emails. Is this possible?

It is possible, as long as you're using the correct file extension. The file extensions for Outlook data files are either .ost or .pst, while .msg for Outlook email message.

In the File Upload tool, click the "Extensions" button and you'll see a textarea where you can put the allowed file extensions to be uploaded on your form. You can put here pst, ost, msg. After that, click the "OK" button.

    Hope this helps. Thank you.
