The first time I used Google integrations, it generated a Google sheet. This time, it's sending data as individual PDFs, which I definitely do not want. I can't find a setting that lets me set the Google Doc output as a sheet. What am I missing?

I think you are looking for Google Spreadsheet integration. As I check your JotForm, I notice that you have integrated with Google Drive instead of Google Spreadsheet.
You can integrate with Google Spreadsheets by clicking on Google Spreadsheets integration and follow the wizard. Please refer to the guide below that can help you in achieving this.

If you want you may remove the Google Drive integration by clicking on Remove integration after clicking on Google Drive Integration.

We are always happy to help Linda and I am glad that the solution to the issue was simple and no worries, these things happen to everyone, if we had numbers on such little things done by us in support alone, I presume that we would all have a laugh :)
