    Receiving submissions with no information

    I've gotten 3 submissions in the last few days with no information. Ive tried to duplicate this issue with no success, when the fields are left blank the is a pop up that indicates they cant be left blank.

    Have you embedded the form to some web page? If so, please provide us with a link to the web page in question.

    The contact fields are not currently set as required on form.

    Hello CrftJuice,

    That means you are using your form's direct URL and not embedded in any webpage. Is that correct?

    I did check your form and did not find any issue with that. You have set the payment question as required field and you should not be able to submit the form without selecting any products. 

    If you have not embedded your form in any webpage then the only possible cause of this issue could be that the JavaScript of user's browser must be disabled.

    I would suggest you to go ahead and add "NoScript" widget in your form which will not allow the form submission if the browser's JavaScript is disabled.
