How can we view our encrypted form data?

We were never prompted to download a key, yet cannot pass the 'private key wizard' screen.

it obviously asks for the .key file, but we never downloaded one to begin with.

could it be because we are using cloned versions of an earlier encrypted form?

we are in a pickle because we need the data asap, and have no idea how to retrieve it.

    Hi,

Upon initially encrypting your forms, you should have been presented with the option to download your encryption key.  If you have previous forms that were using encrypted submissions, the key is the same.  Any form created in your account with encryption enabled will use the same key.  Unfortunately, if you no longer have your key, there is nothing we can do to restore the encrypted submissions.

That guide also has some suggestions on where to look for your key file and things of that nature.
