Which pass word for 'delete all'?

Asked by SERCHighland on December 28, 2011 at 06:37 PM

I want one other person to access via the Public Access URL and password set up through 'Make This Page Public' on Submission page.

I am worried about the 'Delete All' option - is the password needed to do this the account one (mine) or the one (different) set up for Public access via URL? I hope it is the account one (mine) only. I hope so as this would make it safe.

    Hi David,

Yes, it's your JotForm account password since that form submissions is yours. When your client attempts to delete all your submissions, they need to type first your password as security confirmation before the deletion proceeds.

I hope this helps. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know. Thank you so much for using JotForm and have a great day!
