Deleted submission uploads are still showing and counting towards my storage limits

    Hi I just got an email from jotform informing me that I have more than 100Mb of files in my account and that I have to upgrade....but I only have a 2 mb submission... What should I do ?

    Hi,

    I checked your form and indeed, it is showing a much larger amount of uploads than are actually stored in your account.  I removed the downgrade but was unable to reset the storage limit.  I will forward this to our developers to see what the cause may be.  We will let you know here in this thread as soon as we have a fix.

    My apologies.  I have removed the downgrade.  Your ticket has been assigned to a developer and will hopefully be taken care of soon.
